Terence has significant executive experience in the Financial Services sector as MD / CEO of various companies. He served in management during the first term of the first national democratic government in South Africa and in many commercial enterprises. He has subsequently founded a training and consulting business that aims to help a new generation of leaders and managers achieve self-actualisation in the workplace. His experience as a member of several boards also drives in interest in governance and the conduct of successful boards.
Rob first practised as a professional engineer and has gained extensive experience in management/leadership consulting (South Africa and abroad) with IBM Consulting Group and other organisations before founding Inclusivity. Over the years he has developed core competencies in information technology strategy, organisational design, change and transformation work. His primary interest is in leadership development and has acquired particular skills in developing Creative Interchange skills in others . It is this mix of scientific analytical skills, solid practical experience in management and ability to deal with subtleties of organisational dynamics for over 30 years that provides a uniquely strategic and creative quality to Rob’s work.
